Policy on Repeat Reactions Template Concentrations
Please include enough template for reactions to be repeated at least one time with four times the amount of template. For plasmid templates, we can accept concentrations within the range of 100 - 300 ng/µL. The more concentrated the sample, the more flexibility we have in adjusting the concentration of repeat reactions, if necessary. All templates submitted by an individual in an order must be at the same concentration. Thus, if you are submitting 5 plasmids, and their concentrations range from 500 ng/µL down to 100 ng/µL, the samples should be diluted such that they can all be submitted at a concentration of 100 ng/µL. Submission of a batch of samples that are not at a uniform concentration may result in a delay in the processing of your samples. DNA Sequencing | Customized Services | Quantitative PCR |
